Premium User Program

TNQ Premium User Program allows you to earn commission for every Client you referred to TNQ. You as a participant (“Premium User”) can share your unique Referral Link via TNQ Client Portal and invite new Client to register with TNQ. When someone registers through your Referral Link, they will be automatically attributed as your referee.


    Who Can Apply for the TNQ Premium User Program?

    Anyone interested in becoming a Premium User can register for the program.

    How Does the Premium User Program Work?

    Step 1: Open a TNQ Account
    Begin your journey as a Premium User by setting up your TNQ Account.

    Step 2: Share Your Referral Link
    Copy and share your unique Referral Link found in your TNQ Account. Refer to the User Guide to learn how to share your Referral link or code to your referrals.

    Step 3: Earn Commissions
    When a Client registers for a TNQ Account and purchases TNQ through your Referral Link, you become eligible for a prescribed percentage of a one-off commission. Refer to the Premium User Program Page to understand more about the affiliate structure.

    Premium User Program Rules:
    1. TNQ does not allow any Premium User to solicit an existing client to create a new account with the sole purpose of becoming their referee.
    2. TNQ does not allow any Premium User to offer any additional shared commission (share referral commission with your referee) privately.
    3. TNQ will void the qualification for any referral commission of the Premium User’s account if any referral violation listed below is found:
      1. to reduce phishing websites and prevent confusion with the official TNQ domains, TNQ will void the qualification for any referral commissions in the account if any of the following referral methods are found:
        1. redirected from any third-party websites or social media accounts imitating TNQ, including but not limited to the following situations: (1) redirected from pages similar to https://tnqtoken.io with an excessive amount of TNQ logos and/or other content; and/or (2) redirected from accounts attempting to imitate TNQ’s social media accounts (Twitter, Discord, etc);
        2. redirected from URLs that are similar to the URL of TNQ (https://tnqtoken.io), such as https://tnqtoken.xxx.io; or
        3. redirected from any unofficial third-party URLs;
      2. posting your own TNQ Referral Link as advertisements on search engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu, etc.
    4. TNQ products are restricted in certain countries and to certain users. In order to become a Premium User, you must not be located in or operating from a country in which restrictions apply to the relevant products. Your referrals must also be eligible to invest in the relevant products and must not be subject to any applicable restrictions, as determined by TNQ in its sole discretion. TNQ reserves the right to change, modify, or impose additional restrictions with respect to the access to and use of any products and/or services offered from time to time in its sole discretion at any time without notification.     5. If TNQ determines that a Premium User conducts any damaging and/or defamatory behavior to TNQ, their membership and qualification will be terminated, with their commission rate reduced to 0%. TNQ reserves the right to retrieve all referral commissions that have been distributed to Premium User’ accounts including but not limited to the following scenarios:
      1. Premium User posts false TNQ-related information or negative comments about TNQ on social media;
      2. Premium User directs users to claim compensation from TNQ; and/or
      3. Premium User endorses himself / herself by using misleading words, especially those related to TNQ, including but not limited to terms such as "partnership", "cooperation", "association", etc.
    6. TNQ reserves the right to disqualify users from participating in the Premium User Program and revoke any commissions from users who engage in dishonest or abusive activities to earn commissions. This includes bulk-account registrations to obtain additional bonuses, using “phishing” websites containing referral links, posting referral links as advertisements on search engines, and any other activity concerning unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
    7. TNQ reserves the right to cancel or amend the Premium User Program or program rules at our sole discretion.
    8. All users must strictly adhere to TNQ’s Terms of Use. Any breach of the Terms of Use will result in disqualification from earning commissions under the Premium User Program.
    9. TNQ reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a Premium User is entitled to earn commissions and may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
    10. If the system detects that a user has deleted their existing account to create a new one so they can benefit from the referral program, TNQ reserves the right to terminate all referral commissions from the account.
    11. All Premium User agree to be bound by and accept the TNQ Premium User Program Terms and Conditions.
